Going out with the bike, move through the world and sleep somewehere with just the stuff your're carrying on your bike feels like freedom.

Cycling is the ultimate weekly head-cleaner for me. Either on the road or in the woods.

Exploring the Alps, or having a trip to the nearby lower mountains. Really nice to combine with camping as well.

Also a mind-cleaner. Got used to it when working as a paramedic, fitness is a must there.
